In these Terms & Conditions, the following expressions carry the meanings set out below unless the context otherwise requires:

2.2 One Account Per Person. Each individual may hold only one active a8game account. The creation of duplicate, joint, or shared accounts is strictly prohibited. a8game will close any duplicate accounts discovered and may confiscate any balance associated with them.
2.3 Accurate Information. You agree to provide accurate, current, and complete information during registration and to update that information promptly if it changes. a8game may suspend or terminate accounts where materially false or misleading information has been provided.
2.4 Jurisdictional Responsibility. You are solely responsible for determining whether online gaming is lawful in your jurisdiction before registering. a8game does not provide legal advice and makes no representation that use of the platform is legal in all territories. Pakistani users are responsible for ensuring compliance with all applicable local laws.
2.5 Account Credentials. You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. Any activity conducted through your account is your responsibility. Notify a8game support immediately if you suspect unauthorised access.
3.1 Verification Requirement. a8game operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) process in accordance with anti-money laundering obligations and responsible gaming requirements. We may request identity documents at any time, including but not limited to a government-issued national identity card (CNIC), passport, or proof of address.
3.2 Withdrawal Hold. Withdrawal requests may be placed on hold pending satisfactory completion of KYC verification. a8game will not process withdrawals to accounts that have not completed the required verification steps.
3.3 Failure to Verify. Where a user fails to provide requested KYC documentation within a reasonable timeframe, a8game reserves the right to suspend the account and, where legally required, return deposits to their original payment source after deducting any costs incurred.
4.1 Accepted Methods. a8game accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via JazzCash, Easypaisa, HBL, UBL, Meezan Bank, Bank Alfalah, Visa, Mastercard, UnionPay, and USDT TRC20. The availability of specific methods is subject to change without notice.
4.2 Currency. All deposits, withdrawals, and account balances on a8game are denominated in Pakistani Rupees (PKR). International card transactions will be converted at the prevailing exchange rate determined by the payment processor.
4.3 Minimum Deposit. The minimum deposit amount is subject to the limits set for each payment method. Users should refer to the a8game payment section for current minimums.
4.4 Withdrawal Processing. Withdrawal requests submitted to JazzCash or Easypaisa are typically processed within a few hours of approval. Bank transfers may require 1–3 business days. a8game does not guarantee specific processing timeframes, as delays may occur due to payment processor operations or KYC requirements.
4.5 Own Funds. You may only deposit funds that legitimately belong to you and that are not derived from criminal activity. a8game reserves the right to investigate the source of funds and to freeze accounts where suspicious deposit patterns are detected.
5.1 Product-Specific Rules. In addition to these general Terms, each product category on a8game — including sports betting, live casino, slots, and crash games — is governed by product-specific rules published within the relevant section of the platform. In the event of conflict, product-specific rules prevail.
5.2 Bet Acceptance. a8game reserves the right to refuse, limit, or cancel any bet at its sole discretion without providing a reason. This includes bets placed after an event has commenced where in-play betting was not intended to be available, bets placed on markets where a system error has occurred, and bets placed by users who are suspected of match-fixing or arbitrage activity.
5.3 Palpable Errors. Where a bet is accepted due to a manifest pricing or technical error ("palpable error"), a8game reserves the right to void that bet and return the stake to the user's balance. The determination of whether an error was palpable rests with a8game.
5.4 Results & Settlements. Sports betting markets are settled based on official results as determined by the relevant governing body. In the event of a dispute regarding settlement, the decision of a8game's trading team is final, subject to the formal dispute resolution procedure.
5.5 RNG Certification. All slot and RNG-based casino games on a8game use Random Number Generator software that has been independently tested and certified by recognised third-party testing laboratories. Outcomes are determined by the RNG and cannot be influenced by the platform operator or the user.
6.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses, free bets, and promotional offers provided by a8game are subject to specific promotional terms communicated at the time of each offer. These general Terms apply to all promotions in addition to, and not instead of, those specific terms.
6.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms, bonuses credited to a user's account are subject to wagering requirements before they may be withdrawn. The applicable turnover requirement and qualifying game contributions are detailed in each individual promotion.
6.3 Bonus Abuse. a8game monitors bonus usage for signs of abuse, including systematic low-risk wagering strategies designed to extract bonus value without genuine play intent. Where bonus abuse is identified, a8game reserves the right to void the bonus, cancel related winnings, and close the account.
6.4 One Bonus Per Person. Each promotion is limited to one participation per person, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise.
The following conduct is expressly prohibited on a8game and may result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balance, and/or referral to relevant authorities:
8.1 All content on the a8game platform — including but not limited to software, game content, graphics, trademarks, trade names, logos, and text — is owned by or licensed to a8game and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.
8.2 Users are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not permit copying, redistribution, reproduction, or commercial exploitation of any a8game content.
9.1 a8game provides the platform on an "as is" and "as available" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, a8game excludes all warranties, representations, and conditions, whether express or implied, in relation to the platform and its services.
9.2 a8game shall not be liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive losses arising from: (a) your use of or inability to use the platform; (b) any unauthorised access to or alteration of your account; (c) technical failures, interruptions, or errors in the platform; or (d) any decisions made in reliance on information provided by the platform.
9.3 a8game's aggregate liability to any user in respect of any claim arising under or in connection with these Terms shall not exceed the total deposits made by that user to the platform in the 12-month period preceding the claim.
10.1 a8game is committed to responsible gaming and provides the following tools to all account holders free of charge:
10.2 Where a user requests self-exclusion, a8game will action the request promptly. Self-exclusion periods cannot be reversed for the duration selected. During a self-exclusion period, a8game will make reasonable efforts to prevent the excluded user from accessing the platform and will not send promotional materials.

11.1 Voluntary Closure. You may request closure of your a8game account at any time by contacting support. Upon closure, any remaining balance will be withdrawn to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC requirements.
11.2 Platform-Initiated Suspension. a8game reserves the right to suspend or terminate any account at its sole discretion where: (a) a breach of these Terms has occurred or is suspected; (b) fraudulent, abusive, or criminal activity is identified; (c) the user has requested self-exclusion; (d) legal or regulatory obligations require it; or (e) the account has been inactive for an extended period.
11.3 Balance on Closure. In cases of platform-initiated closure for rule violations, a8game may withhold balances pending investigation. Where closure results from voluntary request or platform-side commercial decisions unrelated to violations, the balance will be returned subject to KYC completion.
a8game reserves the right to amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be notified to registered users via the email address or mobile number associated with their account, and/or via a prominent notice on the platform. Continued use of a8game following notification of amendments constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to amended Terms, you must close your account prior to the effective date of the changes.
13.1 Governing Law. These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which a8game holds its operating licence. Users in Pakistan acknowledge that online gaming laws in Pakistan are complex and that individual legal advice may be required.
13.2 Dispute Resolution. In the event of a dispute between you and a8game, you should in the first instance contact a8game support to seek an informal resolution. If the matter is not resolved informally, it shall be referred to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable licensing authority.
13.3 Language. These Terms are published in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and a translated version, the English version shall prevail.
